Come join us for a time of fun and exercise! Exercises are selected upon the desires of the attendees ranging from chair-based stretch and strengthen, chair or standing high intensity exercise. seated yoga and even Zumba! Weights and resistance bands are provided as needed. Participants get their blood pressure/ pulse and oxygen level taken (weights upon request).
